Sunlight throughout the day can be ensured from any side but sufficient amount of sunlight is available on the east side during the morning. When a greenhouse is located in the east side of the house, it can easily capture the best amount of sunlight from the month of November to February. The next best choices for locations are the west and southwest side of home structure where, sunlight can be received by the plants after the noon. North portion should be totally avoided as it will produce very low amount of sunlight.
